Anyhow, today I spent most of my time on the chatroom for my region of Wrimos, just having a ball and participating in word sprints. Really, I'm having a pretty smooth first year of NaNo. I'm at 21,419 words, and I can kick back just a little and blog.
In fact, I started reading blogs from back at blog-base and saw one that stood out - a nice and simple blog with an aspiring fan-fiction writer. I got in touch with her, and we started talking, writer-to-writer. About fifty messages went through before I offered to help remake her blog. She accepted, and I took about half an hour to make her a new banner and to find a picture for background. The results:

Well, that's it from me. I'm tied down with a cold, and my braces bracket popped off, so I should stop writing this post before I get frustrated. Dei, out.
